Welcome to Tesari.ai (“Tesari”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tesari platform, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using Tesari, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payment Processing
All payments on Tesari are processed securely through Stripe, our authorized third-party payment provider. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

1.2 Payment Options
Users may choose to:

• Pay per report generated; or
• Purchase credit balance to cover multiple reports.

1.3 Credit Usage
If a user purchases credits, those credits will be automatically deducted before each investigation session.

1.4 Non-Refundable Payments
Once an investigation session has started, the payment is non-refundable; or

1.4.1 Purchased credits are non-refundable.

2) Access and Account Requirements

2.1 User Verification & Moderation. Access is restricted to verified users. All users must pass moderation and provide accurate, real information during registration.

2.2 Account Authenticity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in permanent restriction from the platform.

2.3 Restoring Access. To request review after a restriction, contact support@tesari.ai with a written explanation. Tesari may approve or deny requests at its sole discretion.

2.4 Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activities under your account. Sharing access or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension without refund.

3) Use of Information and Referencing

3.1 Information Responsibility. Tesari compiles and analyzes publicly available data and integrated sources but does not claim to be a single source of truth. You are solely responsible for how information is interpreted, verified, and used.

3.2 Fact-Checking. You should fact-check all findings using the referenced sources linked in the report before making any decisions or disclosures.

3.3 Referencing Tesari. You may reference Tesari as an “Investigation Assistant.” Do not cite Tesari as a source of data, as it compiles information from external sources rather than generating original data.

4) Acceptable Use

4.1 Lawful, Professional Use. Use the Service only for professional investigative or analytical purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discriminatory targeting, or doxxing.
• Publish sensitive personal or corporate information from the Service on public platforms without a lawful basis.
• Scrape, bulk export, or attempt to circumvent technical limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, networks, or security features.

Tesari may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, interfaces, documentation, design, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Tesari or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, Tesari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful, professional purposes. No other rights are granted.

6) Data Use, Privacy & Compliance

6.1 Processing. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data you enter (e.g., subject names, identifiers) may be processed and stored to deliver functionality, improve performance, and enhance security.

6.2 Sharing. Tesari does not sell user data. We may share data with vendors (e.g., hosting, payment, logging) under appropriate agreements, or as required by law.

6.3 Privacy Policy. Additional details on collection, use, and retention are described in our Privacy Policy (see tesari.ai/privacy), which forms part of these Terms.

6.4 Compliance. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including data-protection, sanctions/export control, and sector-specific rules) in your use of the Service.

7) Service Availability, Changes & Beta Features

7.1 Availability. The Service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, or factors outside our control.

7.2 Modifications. Tesari may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable for such changes.

7.3 Beta/Experimental Tools. Some features may be labeled beta or experimental and could be incomplete, less reliable, or change without notice. Use them at your discretion.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesari and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Tesari’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amounts you paid to Tesari in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tesari, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable law.

10) Termination

Tesari may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in conduct deemed harmful to Tesari or its users. Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund of unused credits or session payments. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, payments, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, governing law) will continue to apply.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12) Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post updates at tesari.ai/terms and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
